Interactions between Algebra, Equivariance, and Homotopy Theory

June 24 - June 28

The summer school Interactions between Algebra, Equivariance, and Homotopy Theory will take place at the University of Regensburg during the week of 24-28 June 2024.  More information, including how to register, can be found on the conference website. If you are applying for support, the deadline to register is February 29th.
The school will consist of 4 lecture series:
  1. Natalia Castellana —  Algebraic models for the mod p homotopy type of classifying spaces
  2. John Greenlees — Commutative algebra and equivariant cohomology theories
  3. Srikanth Iyengar — Dualisable objects in local algebra and modular representation theory
  4. Magdalena Kędziorek — Equivariant commutativity and norms

together with contributed talks by the participants. Limited funding will be available to early career researchers thanks to the Foundation Compositio Mathematica and SFB 1085 Higher Invariants.
