KUMUNU 2011 will take place April 2 – 3 at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. A conference web page with information about speakers and a tentative schedule has been set up at http://www.math.unl.edu/~bharbourne1/KUMUNU/. The organizers have applied to NSF for travel and lodging support. Thus, information about possible reimbursements will be provided at a later date.
Registration and Lodging: In order to prepare for KUMUNU the organizers ask that you take a moment to fill out the on-line registration, which will be available soon. The organizers are expecting to request a small registration fee, especially if NSF does not fund our proposal. Lodging information will also be included in the upcoming email.
New This Year: This year there will be a poster session for graduate students! This will take place on the afternoon of April 2. If you would like to present a poster then please indicate so when you register.
Special This Year: KUMUNU 2011 is being held in association with the 2011 Rowlee Lecture, to be given by David Eisenbud, Friday, April 1, 2011 at 4 p.m. For information on the Rowlee Lecture, see http://www.math.unl.edu/events/rowlee/.
